Expert OpinionFor a legal audience, the impact of the Abraham Accords has been salutary. I would say that it has been fairly noticeable, certainly in the Dubai legal market, that the presence of Israelis has been far more visible. It's now three hours door-to-door from downtown Tel Aviv to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). That had given a great deal of cause for optimism, as well as, of course, the news on the potential normalisation of relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel.
