A lawyer for Axiom Ince’s suspended owner Pragnesh Modhwadia has dismissed speculation over his client’s whereabouts, after a High Court judge imposed a freezing order of over £57 million against the firm’s managing partner.

The freezing order for £57,522,510.00 was granted after Axiom Ince said that Modhwadia had “misappropriated sums of money”. Modhwadia, along with two other Axiom Ince lawyers, was suspended by the U.K.’s Solicitors Regulation Authority in August.
