Nishimura & Asahi, Japan’s largest law firm by headcount, has launched its new foreign law joint enterprise structure, which legally allows the firm to have foreign-qualified lawyers as equity partners with management rights.
Under its new structure, Nishimura & Asahi will operate as Nishimura & Asahi (Gaikokuho Kyodo Jigyo) from September 4.
