Ropes Winding Down Chinese Operations To Focus On Hong Kong

U.S.-headquartered Ropes & Gray is “shifting” some of its mainland China-based resources to its Hong Kong office.

The firm will be relocating a number of lawyers from its Shanghai operation to Hong Kong, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
