A businessman associated with Roman Abramovic is seeking to overturn sanctions placed on him by the U.K. government in relation to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
A hearing took place on Thursday in London’s Royal Courts of Justice over the sanctions placed on Eugene Shvidler, a businessman in the oil industry who was placed on the U.K. sanctions list in March 2022.
