The U.K. government has introduced further restrictions to prevent U.K. lawyers advising Russian companies in “certain business deals”, the Ministry of Justice announced on Thursday.
The new legislation affects wealthy individuals and large businesses linked to the Russian empire, who will be “further restricted from accessing U.K. legal expertise to carry out deals that could bolster the nation’s war chest”.
