HM Revenue & Customs is expected to take “enforcement action” over an unpaid £15 million liability owed by the Ince Group, as the law firm’s administrators hint the bill may go unpaid.
The formerly-listed law firm appointed an administrator in April, after a series of financial difficulties. Administrator proposals filed on Companies House earlier this week reveal this included a £15 million debt to HMRC.
