Holman Fenwick Willan will soon be establishing a representative office in Shenzhen Qianhai, a municipality in China’s Greater Bay Area (GBA).
The London-based firm has received regulatory approval to set up a representative office in the GBA by the Ministry of Justice of China after a number of its lawyers from its Hong Kong office passed the GBA Legal Qualification Examination and received their practising certificates last year, HFW said in a statement.
