Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and DLA Piper are acting on Japanese food group Zensho Holdings’ $621 million acquisition of U.K.-based international Japanese food business Snowfox Group from British investor Mayfair Equity Partners.

This is the largest acquisition made by Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed Zensho, which operates several Japanese household and regional restaurant chain brands including beef bowl restaurant Sukiya and 100 yen conveyor belt sushi restaurant Hama-sushi, according to local Japanese media.
