A former Gowling WLG lawyer has been struck off the roll of solicitors by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, following hearings into allegations of sexual misconduct while he was at the firm.

Oliver Bretherton, who was until recently a partner at Gunnercooke, faced three complaints of sexual misconduct while in a position of seniority, from three individuals aged between 18 and 23 years of age.
