Beijing-based Han Kun Law Offices has hired private equity lawyer Jing Li as a partner for its Beijing office.
A former Kirkland & Ellis partner, Li joins Han Kun from Allen & Overy’s Shanghai Free Trade Zone joint operation firm, Shanghai Lang Yue Law Firm, where she was a partner.
