U.K.-headquartered law firms narrowed the gap on their U.S. counterparts for London partner hires in 2022, according to recruiter research.

U.K.-led firms hired 155 people into partner-level positions through the year, up 13%, while U.S.-led firms hired 115, which was a 15% drop on 2021, the Fox Rodney analysis of Global 100 law firm hiring found.
