London-based investment manager group M&G has appointed the former legal chief of insurance group RSA as its next general counsel and company secretary.
Charlotte Heiss joins from The Very Group, the multi-brand online retailer behind very.com and Littlewoods, where she has been group GC and company secretary since May last year. The Very Group did not reply to requests for comment at the time of publication.
