Pinsent Masons and Shoosmiths Win Roles Following Paperchase Collapse

Pinsent Masons, Shoosmiths and intellectual property boutique Haseltine Lake Kempner are acting following Tesco’s acquisition of the Paperchase brand and related IP, after the troubled stationery chain slid into administration.

Pinsent Masons is the latest firm to advise Paperchase after the company filed for its third administration. The team was led by restructuring partner Steven Cottee.
