DLA Piper’s global co-chair of its life sciences practice is to split his time between the firm’s Brussels and Rome offices, as international law firms continue to ramp up their capabilities in the city that hosts one of the world’s most powerful regulatory bodies.

Marco de Morpurgo, also the head of DLA Piper’s EU Life Sciences Regulatory practice, is currently based in Rome and will partially relocate to Brussels at the start of February, the firm said in a statement.
