Brazilian law firm Lefosse is adding muscle in restructuring and insolvency with the recruitment of three new partners as recent improvements to the country’s bankruptcy law drive greater interest in distressed assets.

The firm has hired two partners—Fábio Rosas and José Luis de Rosa—from Brazilian full-service rival Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados, while Bernardo Carneiro migrated from a consultant position with local tax, litigation and insolvency boutique CSA Advogados.
