Kirkland & Ellis is advising Asia Innovations Group Ltd., a Singapore-based mobile app developer, on its merger with Hong Kong-based Magnum Opus Acquisition Ltd., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). White & Case is advising Magnum Opus.
On Friday, Asia Innovations Group Limited (AIG) announced that it had signed a business merger agreement with Magnum Opus Acquisition and expects to list in the U.S. in the first quarter of next year.
