Linklaters is looking to replenish its bench in New York with the hire of two structured finance and derivatives partners from Alston & Bird.

The firm has been struggling to keep up with its Magic Circle rivals in the U.S., and last month it lost the co-chair of its U.S. data solutions, cyber and privacy group, who moved to Debevoise & Plimpton after just 13 months. But the firm has made some hires as well.
