Two members of U.K. law firm BLM have left the outfit ahead of its planned merger with Clyde & Co, including its head of commercial advisory and private wealth.

Board member Siri Siriwardene has left the firm for Irwin Mitchell, according to a statement on Tuesday. He joins the firm as a partner, according to his LinkedIn profile, despite not being a lawyer at BLM.
