A trio of firms are the latest to increase salaries for their newly qualified U.K. associates, as the war for junior talent looks set to continue well into 2022.
On Friday, a spokesperson for Travers Smith confirmed that while the firm’s base rate stands at £100,000, firm-wide and other discretionary bonuses mean a newly qualified lawyer could now earn a maximum of £127,000.
