McDermott Will & Emery has added three new IP attorneys to its intellectual property practice, including one in Japan, where it had said earlier this year it was planning to launch an office.
Former Jones Day IP partner Maxwell Foxx will be based in Japan, while Former Hogan Lovells IP partners Simon Roberts and Jason Leonard will reside in New York.
