Mishcon de Reya has fired the starting gun on its journey to become the U.K.’s largest listed law firm, with the partnership having voted through proposals to list on the London Stock Exchange.
The decision was made on Monday when the firm surpassed the required threshold of 75% of the vote to pass the plans.
