Lawyers in practices around the world have been debating how they want to work once the pandemic is over. Leaders of these firms face an avalanche of legal professionals seeking greater flexibility in their work arrangements once the pandemic has blown through.

A recent survey by Thomson Reuters have found that 86% of lawyers in the UK (compared to 77% globally) would like to have more remote work days in the future. Lawyers reported greater efficiency, more productive use of technology, less commuting and better work-life balance as positive outcomes of their time spent working from home.
