Irwin Mitchell is offering a further two weeks of paid paternity leave to its staff, in a raft of changes to its family leave policies.
All staff at the firm, including lawyers, will now be able to take four weeks of paid paternity leave to spend time with their families, the firm has announced. The change is in addition to existing holiday entitlements and represents a doubling of the statutory two-week paternity leave in the U.K.
