Slaughter and May is offering its lawyers the chance to work reduced hours for less pay as part of series of flexible working pilot schemes.
The firm has introduced three options for U.K. associates, one allowing them to work fewer hours through the year, another allowing them to work on a project basis and a third giving them the option of a job share.
