Zoe Woodhouse is an associate in the London corporate team of Sidley Austin. Here, she discusses her positive experiences of being ‘out’ at work – and also what firms can do to improve their environments for LGBTQ+ people – during U.K. Pride month in June.

My experience of being an open member of the LGBTQ+ community within the legal profession has been unexpectedly positive.
