U.K. Top 75 firm Kingsley Napley has said it is the first London law firm to put in place a formal policy granting leave to employees who suffer pregnancy loss.
The firm will now offer paid time off from work due to pregnancy loss for all firm members, whether they are affected directly or indirectly, a spokesperson said on Monday.
