Australian universities are starting to respond to the endemic problems of sexual harassment and bullying in the legal profession by teaching students how to respond when confronted with these issues in the workplace.
While some institutions are developing specific courses or programs to teach these skills, others confine their teaching on harassment and bullying to the justice and ethics components of the core curriculum.
