Ashurst chairman Ben Tidswell is leaving the firm for the Competition Appeal Tribunal in August, after over eight years as chairman, and over 25 years at the firm. He will be replaced by London corporate partner Karen Davies in the role. Here, he speaks about his time at Ashurst – including the challenges in the aftermath of the firm’s merger with Australia’s Blake Dawson - and his advice for the next chair.
