Stephenson Harwood’s hire of Bird & Bird partner Tim Harris, announced by the firm in September, has fallen through, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.
Harris, an expert in IP litigation within the life sciences, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, will instead now move to Osborne Clarke’s London team, a statement by the firm said on Monday.
