Baker McKenzie on Wednesday announced year-end bonuses for U.S. associates, ranging from $15,000 for the most junior attorneys at the firm to $100,000 for the most senior attorneys.

The news, which appears to be the first of any year-end bonus announcements in the United States, follows Baker McKenzie’s release of results from the fiscal year ending June 30, in which global revenues were flat from the previous year. Nonetheless, the firm also revealed that it would be reversing salary reductions at the end of November—one month earlier than planned.
