Women in the legal profession must recognise the importance of their professional persona to fully succeed in the workplace, top female in-house leaders argued this week.

Speaking at the annual U.S. Women, Influence and Power in Law conference on Monday during the Standing Out From The Crowd: Finding Your Authentic Voice & Discovering Your Leadership Style session, a panel of senior industry professionals talked about the need for women to choose their own personal brand, rather than have someone else choose it for them.
