Marion Guertault, a labor and restructuring specialist, has joined the Paris office of Hogan Lovells as a partner and one of the leaders of the labor practice, moving back to the firm where she started her career after eight months at Latham & Watkins.
Guertault practiced at Hogan Lovells for nine years as an associate in labor law, starting in 2010. She left in February to join Latham & Watkins as a counsel.
