U.K. law firm Osborne Clarke is embroiled in a multi-million pound court dispute with FTSE 100 housebuilders Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes over claims of negligence and breach of contract.

The two are claiming damages of more than £8.5 million alleging the firm failed to advise them correctly. Countering this, Osborne Clarke has denied the allegations and has also filed its own claim against Persimmon over a non-payment of its legal fees, the firm has said.
