Addleshaw Goddard, HSF Called In For £275m BT Tower Deal

Herbert Smith Freehills, and Addleshaw Goddard have advised on the sale of the iconic BT Tower in London to a U.S. hotel group.

The BT Tower, opened in 1965 by the-then prime minister Harold Wilson, is set to be turned into a hotel after being acquired by American hotel owner-operators MCR.
