The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal has adjourned the case against Gary Senior and others until April 27, 2020.
The decision, which was made following the cross examination of Baker McKenzie consultant Peter Strivens on Thursday (December 19), relates to the last respondent, Martin Blackburn, being unable to attend.
