The #MeToo movement has highlighted the prevalence of workplace harassment and discrimination occurring in offices nationwide. From McDonald’s to CBS, reports of entities’ delayed or non-response to harassment accusations have fueled a rallying call to fully investigate such claims.

In turn, e-discovery companies say they’ve seen a noticeable increase in the past two to three years from corporate legal departments leveraging their platform to investigate workplace harassment.
