The e-discovery and legal services provider Consilio has entered into an agreement to purchase two U.K. companies, staffing and advisory business Lawyers On Demand (LOD) and legal tech consultancy SYKE. The purchase price was not disclosed.
According to a company statement, the acquistion will not only extend Consilio’s U.K. business but will also expand the company’s Enterprise Legal Services (ELS) operations to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia.
