Thomas Cook general counsel steps down as travel company appoints successor

Thomas Cook Group general counsel Craig Stoehr has left the company after almost three years to “pursue other opportunities.”

Stoehr, a former Latham & Watkins partner who joined Thomas Cook in April 2013 from Eastgate Capital Group, has been replaced as group GC by company secretary and UK and Ireland legal head Alice Marsden.
