Dickinson Dees is to launch an office in York after sealing a merger with local corporate boutique Philip Ashworth & Co. The tie-up, which goes live from 1 February 2002, hands the 73-partner Newcastle giant its first presence in Yorkshire. The deal sees the York practice’s partners, Philip Ashworth and Christian Rogers, and 10 additional staff join the top 60 UK firm.
