Watson Burton's high-profile senior partner, Andrew Hoyle, is to quit the ambitious Newcastle practice, it has emerged, in a surprise shake-up of the firm's top brass. Hoyle, believed to be the northwest's most highly-paid lawyer, having taken £850,000 in drawings last year, is expected to leave during the next few weeks to take a career break after 10 years as senior partner.
