Insurance giant AXA has slashed its general insurance litigation panel in half following a slump in claims reaching litigation.

The number of places on the panel has gone from 12 to six after a review lasting two years, with Morgan Cole’s Cardiff and Croydon offices being struck from the list along with Berrymans Lace Mawer’s Manchester and Stockton branches.
