Lovells has held its grip on trophy client ITV following a decision by the FTSE 100 media giant to stick to the panel of legacy broadcaster Granada.

Granada, which used Lovells as its primary corporate counsel, also included Herbert Smith, Eversheds, DLA and Olswang on the legal panel it established just months before the merger with Carlton. Legal Week has learned that the merged ITV now plans to stick with the Granada line-up for the time being.
