Four regional North American members of the Lex Mundi network have launched a unique profit-sharing alliance in mainland China, effectively linking up all of their Chinese practices.

The unusual move unites the China offices of Canada’s Blake Cassels & Graydon and Missouri-based Armstrong Teasdale with the firms linking up for referral work and sharing profits and costs.
