Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Clifford Chance (CC) have advised on the creation of the Caribbean’s largest bank, FirstCaribbean International Bank, in one of the largest deals to hit the offshore banking market.
The deal, a year in the making, closed last month after final approval by Caribbean governments, regulators and shareholders.
