Data breaches, web-scrapping, GDPR, employee monitoring and a host of other data security and data privacy concerns are faced by companies every day. The GC and CIO/CISO/CPO of a company often need to be sure they are complying with the latest regulations while using industry standards to ensure the company's technology, data and operational risks are managed accordingly.

In this session, we will explore how legal, IT, and privacy functions can work together to safeguard the organization from cyber incidents, protect employee and consumer data privacy, and create synergies that promote effective business operations.
