Amy M. Scott

Director & Associate General Counsel
The Michaels Companies

Amy Scott, Director Associate General Counsel, is a seasoned counselor and litigator who provides daily advice and counsel to all of The Michaels Companies business units, across the US and Canada covering a multitude of compliance issues including labor & employment, website accessibility, immigration, privacy and California compliance issues. She also handles the Company's employment, wage & hour, IP and ADA/Website litigation, and is responsible for AODA and Pay Equity Canadian compliance.

Prior to joining Michaels, Amy worked for the international law firm K&L Gates where she represented management in all aspects of labor and employment law, with particular emphasis on Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity compliance. Amy has been a routine guest speaker for the Council on Education and Management, a contributing author for the regulatory compliance magazine, Human Resources, and is most proud of the work she did as a founding member of K&LNG's Diversity Committee & Gender Task Force. She drove cultural changes for working families at K&L Gates, when doing so was not in vogue. Amy's work on the Diversity and Gender task force was responsible, in part, for K&LNG being named by Working Mother Magazine as one of the 50 "Best Law Firms for Women".

Ana Siegel

Executive Vice President, General Counsel
NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises

Ana Salas Siegel serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel for NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises and oversees all legal resources, including the division’s Business & Legal Affairs team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the legal department, and supervising all legal and business affairs issues impacting the group.

In addition to overseeing strategic and complex commercial agreements, Salas Siegel works closely with NBCUniversal’s corporate legal resources on transactional, litigation and employment law, as well as intellectual property, labor relations and compliance matters. Salas Siegel has been in the media and entertainment industry for almost 20 years.

Previously, Salas Siegel worked at Fox Latin America Channels for 12 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President & General Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs. In that role she was responsible for all legal matters relating to their pay TV channels, and production and sports facilities in Latin America, in addition to managing and developing the legal department. During her tenure, she also served as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Fox International Channels.

Prior to that Salas Siegel served for four years as the Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Universal Studios Networks Latin America Inc.

Regina Petty

Partner & Chief Diversity Officer
Fisher Phillips LLP

Regina Petty is a partner in Fisher Phillips San Diego and Los Angeles offices and serves as the firm’s Chief Diversity Officer. She practices in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels and is experienced in multi-district and class action litigation.

Regina advises employers and public agency boards and handles litigation for private and public employers. She successfully argued Jones v. The Lodge at Torrey Pines Partnership (2008) 42 Cal.4th 1158 before the California Supreme Court, a case noted on Bender's California Labor Employment's top ten list of most significant cases and trends for the Fair Employment and Housing Act's fiftieth anniversary.

Regina is a past president of the San Diego County Bar Association and a former member of the board of directors of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.

Carolyn Herzog

Ms. Herzog is a C-Suite executive with over 20 years of broad technology experience in multinational companies, having worked in the U.S. and overseas. Currently, as EVP, General Counsel, Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Arm Ltd., the world’s leading semiconductor IP company, Ms. Herzog is responsible for all legal, regulatory and public affairs worldwide matters for the company and provides strategic counsel to the CEO, Board and leadership team on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory issues.

Prior to Arm, Ms. Herzog was the VP, CCO and Deputy GC at Symantec Corporation. She was previously Head of Legal for EMEA, based in London, U.K. and joined Symantec from AXENT Technologies, where she was GC. Ms. Herzog previously worked at The World Bank in Washington, DC.

Ms. Herzog has served as an Advisory Board member to IPWatch Systems Corporation and on the Board for the National Cyber Security Alliance. She has been recognized as a Distinguished GC by the Director’s Roundtable and an Attorney That Matters by Ethisphere. Both within the companies that Ms. Herzog has worked and externally, she has been an advocate and ally for equality and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Rachel Buckner Gervin

Rachel Gervin began her legal career in the Washington, DC office of Kirkland & Ellis where she had a broad practice including commercial litigation, regulatory/administrative law and international trade matters.

She worked as a litigation associate at two other large firms in the Washington, DC metro area before moving to Atlanta, Georgia and transitioning in-house at a publicly traded, global technology company, Sage Software, Inc. in August 2003. Ms. Gervin remained with Sage for over a decade, eventually serving as the North American General Counsel.

Currently, Ms. Gervin serves as an outside in-house counsel to businesses in various industries advising on complex commercial contract, privacy and legal operations issues.
