Description

Over the last few years, Immigration policy has been one of the most charged issues in the U.S. Today, there is no sign of that changing as the Trump administration has spent much of its time on immigrations policies and procedures. Now, some talent and immigration experts are predicting these regulations will affect the U.S. talent pool along with the makeup of the workplace. What can in-house and law firms expect from immigration regulations and how will this affect existing employees and hiring?

This program was recorded as part of ALM & Corporate Counsel's 2019 Women, Influence, and Power in Law Conference on October 18th, 2019.
