This program will cover some of the most pressing economic and strategy trends impacting the profession, and how the most successful firms (both large and small) are addressing those issues. Trends in growth, leverage, pricing, and evolving client demands. More importantly, we will talk about the means for addressing those issues and bringing about real change. In addition, we will provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions during the program.
