Sullivan & Cromwell is expanding its international private client practice to London with the transfer of New York-based group leader Basil Zirinis.
Zirinis, who will join the elite US firm’s London office on 19 August, has been a partner in Sullivan’s estates and personal group since 1994. He will be joined in London by estates and personal group associate Katherine DeMamiel, who is also relocating from New York.
